PEER-TO-PEER is a FREE
Nine-Week Recovery Course for
People Living With Mental Illness.

The course is taught by a team of
three trained consumer-mentors who
are living well with mental illness.

*   Medication Management
*   Coping Strategies
*   Relapse Prevention Planning
*   Decision Making
*   Empowerment
*   Advocacy

Too often, mental illness can be an
isolating experience accompanied by
profound anxiety. For those diagnosed with
a mental illness, talking with someone to
share coping strategies and insights, as
well as problems and concerns, can be an
important link in the path to recovery.
